Pretty good, but when we came out to the beach at Au Soleil Couchant there were some locals there beachcombing and Rufus barked at them; I should've had him on the leash before we hit the beach, given that the tide is so low. My bad. Ziggy got tired a bit and I had to carry him a hundred meters or so up to the beach.

Ten laps in calmer seas this time. Well done. He seems to want to sit up more now and sometimes does try to use his rear legs on dry land.
