morning run:

Long one. They were all pretty good, but Osita and Posey were both on the leash at different times for not listening well enough... nothing serious, but with those two you can't let a glimmer of a notion turn into an idea. Otherwise very good. Humid and hot, even though we left early, and the monte is starting to get wet from all the recent rain. Mosquitoes have not yet started in earnest, but they're thinking about it.

She did 5 laps in medium seas after a couple days off for all sorts of reasons; she was breathing hard by the end, and did well. This is definitely helping her.
