Relatively short one through the monte, down to the beach at Au Soleil Couchant and home. Everyone swam a lot on the way home, especially Lucy and Alice. The charcos were deserted, as was the beach. Must be because it's election day.

Wow is she heavy. It's like trying to get a small, slightly mangy bear into fighting shape for the olympic aquatic dancing competition. Except not so much dancing. More lumbering. Still, 5 big laps in slightly choppy seas.
