No-man's land: 9k. This was a sloggy, hard run through the wilderness with nine little lunatics. We really took the pace up on the way to no-man's land, running the full monty all the way south and then north on the serpentine. I did not think it would be this sloggy once we got through the serpentine; the tide must've been coming in because it was up to mid-calf for stretches, very slippery and - the dogs tell me - a huge amount of fun. Didn't see too many flamingos; the bugs were also not bad.
