Hidden trail to the tortuga sign and home: ~7k. There was a broken-down truck full of salt workers just a few meters south of our intersection on doce as we were leaving, but nobody paid any attention at all. I kept close watch over Ziggy on the beach to keep him from taking off after birds, and I put Lily on the hook before we got back to doce in case that truck was still there and she felt like barking (it wasn't). Everyone was good.
