Hidden trail: ~8k. Roni said we were gone 40min and I believe it - we ran well more than 8k like we had been set on fire thanks to Tuesday and her incredible intensity. I didn't take her off the leash but she didn't care and she didn't get paranoid. I took us north because there are so many people working in the southern charcos right now; it was early and actually cold out so I didn't think Xmul and her humans would've ventured out yet. We went back into the monte at Au Soleil Couchant instead of the tortuga sign because I saw some bundled-up person walking north far to the south and I didn't want to deal with Elewah, who was fired up to put it mildly. Probably one of the fastest ~8k runs ever for us.

Our newly arrived helpx'ers Mike and Zöe took these two out for a walk on the beach. Both of their charges were thrilled and had a great time.

Mike and Zöe took these two into the monte; Mo had been heartbroken when they left on the first walk without her and Twiggy was beside herself at the thought of fresh humans. I showed them where the trail starts and what their options were and they had a good time; they said neither of their charges really needed the leash at all, which is generally true. Nice to hear from someone else.
