The swimming hole: ~6k. Left a little late and some not-so-long-range dogs wanted to go so a trip to the swimming hole and home via the monte is perfect; if it had been much hotter I would've taken the shorter way home but there was still some cool clinging to the leaves in the shadier spots. George, Alice and Ginger did remarkably well at keeping up even with all the screwing around they did. Rita lagged a little at the end but was fine the whole way and always caught up. Posey, Mega, Hazel and Lex could've all done double this distance but it was still good to get them out; they all ran around like maniacs whenever we were in one spot for very long. I put Hazel on the other end of the leash with Tuesday before we got to the coco trail and everyone was good to the gate.
