morning run:

Long and winding road backwards: ~10k. High pace. Ernie was on the hook from the shrimpery to just before the turn for the hidden trail - he is just a chuckle-head, that's all. Other than that nobody was on the hook and everyone had a good time, ran their asses off and behaved.

Roni took this crew out for a walk around the cow pasture but it was cut short by Maggie's bad behavior: it was hot and she had ran around like a lunatic so by the time they got past the shrimpery she was tired and bolted for home. Even so everyone had fun. Roni got more video of Buddy RUNNING, not just walking, and running well at that. Blue was an angel.
