morning beach jaunt:

Up the beach to Au Soleil Couchant and back: ~4k. We did this quickly and everyone was pretty good about it. I left with Rufus on the leash but let him off past the soldiers. The ocean is fairly churned up and stinky right now so there wasn't as much swimming as usual; we ran more or less flat out almost to the tortuga sign and stopped very little. Mo is getting a little chubby so I'm going to try and throw her in on little runs like this more often; she's always a good girl and has a blast.
