late morning run:

To the beach at the tortuga sign and then some: ~6k. It was late but Rufus really wanted to get out so we did a short one to the beach via the monte and up almost to the big palm tree. Xmul was on the leash the whole way and Rufus for the first 200m. Everyone was really good, kept a high pace and had a good time.
