Swimming hole: ~6k. We've both been really tired the last few days and got a late start today. I didn't want to be gone too long and I did promise Shirley just yesterday so a shortie seemed in order. We left with Tori on the leash but I let her off at the shrimpery and put Roxy on just past the land bridge heading out; I let her off just before the swimming hole, where she had a great time. The pace was moderate to high for most of the way but Shirley, as usual, punched herself out by the time we got to the blue.bag trail so we had to bring it down a bit for the last kilometer. I had Roxy on the leash well before then coming home and she was good as usual; hard to remember she was a wild/stray dog dying of heartworm and ehrlichiosis a year ago. The charcos are still full enough for aquatic tomfoolery and everyone made the most of it and had a good time.
