Tortuga sign: ~4k. We did the usual up the beach and come home via the maginot line route. Everyone was good, swam a ton and had a blast. One interesting note: I saw a group of three youngish dogs to the north on the beach as we were passing the tortuga sign. They were heading south, about 200m away, but noticed us and stopped. I called Shirley back to me quickly then and we all turned around long before we got within hailing distance, but good to know.
