Across the land bridge, along the ridge to the cut-over, the intersection, north on the parallel access road to the Au Soleil Couchant road, east and then south to the swimming hole and home: ~6k. Lucy has a limp now and will have to skip at least one; she seemed a bit limpy at the end but was fine earlier. Ernie is a lunatic but did manage to reign it in a little and listened better than he has recently. I had Stella on the hook almost the whole way; in the brief time I had her off near the intersection she reminded why I generally have her on the leash and I put her back on. Luna worships George as always and is a good girl. We didn't go too fast so Maggie wasn't lagging so much at the end. It's cold and stormy today and the break from the heat and humidity obviously helped everyone.
