Twiggy did ten-ish laps and Shirley did about eight, although their styles are different. I insisted that they swim out to me instead of carrying them far out when they weren't interested, so that increases the distance quickly. The bottom is no longer squishy and the sea was calmer but the water itself stinks now as though the gas that was trapped under the surface is now dissolved or just present in the water generally - not fantastic beach weather, but they both had fun and swam a lot.
