Alice and I took a jog down to the beta-site to check the perimeter. It was really hot but Alice was playful and funny both ways. On the way back she ran almost the whole way. Cute.

I did the same thing as yesterday in similar conditions. Bette's hips are really bothering her but swimming makes her happy, so yay.

To the tortuga sign and back: ~2k. Roni suggested I take Rufus out for a quick run on the beach since there was nobody around and he was a little pent up. He was good getting out of the gate and we stopped for nothing except a bit of swimming. When we weren't swimming we were flying. He was an angel.
