To the beach at Au Soleil Couchant and home via the monte at the tortuga sign: ~6k. We took the alternate road north which is overgrown, hilly and fun for dogs. Lucy kept up like a champ and swam a lot once we got to the ocean. At the very end Luna bolted for the beach on the south road and dragged Xmul with her a little, but they came to their senses on their own and ended up back at the gate where they should've gone to begin with. No harm, no foul. Otherwise everyone was stellar. Xmul barks a bit at people but shuts up when told to and listens well otherwise. Luna needs a bit of work on her name still, but she's coming around. They both had excellent examples in Osita, Posey and Eve, who were perfect.
