To the tortuga sign and up the beach: ~6k. This was the same route as yesterday but with a little more distance up the beach; Roxy is a nut and needs a decent run to burn off her crazy energy. She's so little I worry about taking her on very long ones but she'd probably be fine on a 10k - she has Running Dog Attitude, just very short legs. Unlike last time, nobody turned their ears off and went hunting for bush apples down the blue.bag trail. I let Roxy have her head on the beach and she was good about coming back to me to let me hook her up again as we were heading home. In general everyone was really good, kept together and listened; they also had a lot of fun swimming and didn't screw around too much in the monte.
