Puppy.liebschen is a chubby little angel in the water. She swam hard and had a good time.

morning beach jaunt:

Rufus needed some one-on-one time on the beach. He gets so worked up when we leave on a run with a large group that we need to work on it and this is the best way. We sprinted the first 250m up the beach until we were well past the soldiers and the HoJo. I let him off the leash there and we swam, walked and ran a bit farther north, just to get his ya-ya's out and have a good time. The tide was fairly high and we had to swim around a lot of trees that have fallen off the bluff as it crumbles into the sea; we both enjoyed this and the outing in general. He was much calmer as we came home and an angel for the rest of the day. Good boy Rufus!
