The vet said Archie shouldn't really go on walks or runs for a while and we should instead focus on having him swim. This isn't his favorite thing but he's such a good boy that he's a pleasure to hang out with even if he's kind of fighting against you. I took him out on a leash and we took a very leisurely stroll up the beach; I carried him into the water and made him swim back to shore 8-10 times over a very short stretch and although he wasn't thrilled he did well and had a good time.
